Role: Admin/Reception

  • Provide high quality reception and secretarial services to Bodyfit Allied Health’s clients, staff and Office Manager
  • Booking appointments and processing payments
  • Maintaining high confidentiality of information
  • Liaising with staff, GP’s and other health professionals
  • Coordinating appointments and clients for Occupational Health services
  • Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner
  • Liaise with staff, GPs, other health professionals and their staff
