At Bodyfit Allied Health, our clients are our number one priority and we aim to provide the best treatment and service as possible. In order for us to do this to the best of our ability, we’ve developed a cancellation policy to keep our clinics running smoothly.
We understand that life happens and sometimes things do pop up. If you know you will be away and unable to attend an appointment, please let us know so we can attempt to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time.
Bodyfit Allied Health’s cancellation policy requires that you notify us of cancellations a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations outside of this time-frame and no-shows will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
Please be aware that for appointments through the Department of Veteran Affairs, non-attendance without notification and failure to meet the cancellation policy will not be covered by Department of Veteran Affairs and costs will be on-charged to the client.
